So I've upgraded my OS, using the new version of iTunes, and I discover that my iPod (5th gen.) has album artwork on it suddenly. In the past, I've set the preference to NOT copy the artwork over even though I do have artwork in iTunes.
I want to keep my artwork in iTunes, but I do not want it on my iPod. The setting that used to control this seems to be gone and I cannot find any evidence that there's another way to remove the artwork from my iPod.
To make matters worse (in my opinion), it's not copying over all of the artwork. Just some of it. Albums with artwork in iTunes don't show up with artwork on the iPod. If it's going to do something I don't want it to do (because I don't have a choice), then it should certainly do it correctly.
