Hi,
I just updated to itunes 9 and I cant get into genius at all. I also cant log into the store either. I log in to genius then it comes up with this message:
'your request could not be completed, make sure you computers date is set correctly and thta it accepts cookies from the itunes store. For detailed solutions to resolve this issue click more info'
The date is correctly set on my computer and cookies are excepted from the store. I click more info and there really isn't any help there, it goes to a page which tells you about resolving issues with itunes for windows and I use mac. I then just go round in circles on the apple website.
Ive even tried making a new account with apple and itunes, wont let me do that either.
Any ideas as to what it could be?
