Smart playlists still scrambled on ...

Hey folks,

I know that there are a few threads about this problem, but I'm starting a new thread to inform that the problem persists still with the iPhone software version 3.1.2.

I have a smart playlist of podcasts that I sort by release date. I have live updating enabled. This works fine in iTunes, but on my iPhone, the items in the playlist are completely out of order, not arranged by release date. Please help.
