This is very annoying. I have removed ALL widgets, ALL startup items, ALL scripts in iTunes, ALL plug ins (only one in root library found), reinstalled iTunes, restored and reset iPhone 3Gs, repaired permissions, and run Disk Warrior, and disabled all references to iPhones or iTunes helper apps in my Activity Monitor, disabled auto synch and autolaunch of iPhone, trashed all iTunes related preferences, unchecked any preferences that might involve invoking iTunes, and STILL have immediate restart of iTunes every time I close it down AFTER docking and synching with iPHone, and only since updates of latest iTunes and iPhone software. Anyone else have this problem? It can't be good to have to hard power down to get out of iTunes endless loops!
