I'm using iTunes 9 with an iPhone 3GS upgraded to OS 3.1 (7C144) and Snow Leopard. The application tab shows up fine in iTunes but I can't drag and drop the icons or screens. I've tried doing it with the same iPhone on both a Macbook Pro and a Mac Pro. I can delete applications, but can't drag, much less drop.
I have tried re-upgrading the iPhone... same problem. Am I crazy? Have I forgotten how to drag and drop or is there something I'm missing here?
