iTunes and Genius - unable to log in ...

Hello and greetings to everyone.

I have a problem with logging into Genius in iTunes 9.
The error I get when logging in is "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." It is the fifth day and still same error, does anyone know a solution or explanation for this problem?

I also have Windows Vista installed on this MacBook (with iTunes 9) and I get the same error in Vista.
My friend updated to iTunes 9 four days ago on his MacBook Pro and he had no problems with using Genius.
